The room was fine but the view overlooks only the lobby from the third floor. I did not get the “high floor” overlooking the road as promised and ended up walking up late as I use the sun as my wake up clock.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and understanding very friendly ladies. Also the rooms are very clean and there are so many restaurants to choose from and walking distance... We will stay there are on next work load for business when going threw Dallas. Thank you ladies at the front desk for a wonderful and relaxing stay..

The hotel is very poor in all aspects. Since Ctrip has already paid, I can barely stay for three nights. I need to check out and change hotels as soon as possible.
