I was booked a night here as a Mother’s Day gift. I’ve loved Marriott my entire life, my family has only ever booked at these hotels due to the typical high quality of services. To say this stay was disappointing is an understatement. I was belittled, discriminated against and treated with incredible disrespect by the front desk and acting manager. My experience may be an outlier, but I personally think this location is just suffering from mismanagement or poor customer service training/edict. I hope the location can learn and improve from my experience today. I would never wish this upon any woman on Mother’s Day- I left in tears. Be safe and choose a different hotel if it’s an important event. It’s not worth the potential risk of this happening to those you love as well. I’ve yet to hear back from Marriott Bonvoy or the locations managment.

They hotel is beautiful and conveniently located to get to all our planned activities with ease. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even accomodated an early checkin which was very appreciated!!! Loved this place, I wiuld book again for sure!!

Great facilities at this property, room was large, clean and well maintained, leisure area is great pool is large - and gym well appointed).
My only issue is that I wish the towels would not be changed every day, there is a sign saying they are only changed if left on floor or in bath but mine were changed every day so I wish they could be more sustainable. Also I ordered room service once and that came with all disposal plates/containers/plastic knives and forks - is it time to start using normal plates and knives/forks that can be washed.
