I was booked a night here as a Mother’s Day gift. I’ve loved Marriott my entire life, my family has only ever booked at these hotels due to the typical high quality of services. To say this stay was disappointing is an understatement. I was belittled, discriminated against and treated with incredible disrespect by the front desk and acting manager. My experience may be an outlier, but I personally think this location is just suffering from mismanagement or poor customer service training/edict. I hope the location can learn and improve from my experience today. I would never wish this upon any woman on Mother’s Day- I left in tears. Be safe and choose a different hotel if it’s an important event. It’s not worth the potential risk of this happening to those you love as well. I’ve yet to hear back from Marriott Bonvoy or the locations managment.
