Please reconsider staying at this hotel:
1. Late arrival, was greeted by a man, who clearly HATES his job. Didn't explain anything about the hotel, and when I asked about breakfast, he goes "I'm getting to that, just relax and breath"..... was very demeaning, and gave me key and that was it. The first night was rough, bed was so FIRM, I woke up with back pain.
2. Showered and sat in the handicap chair which is what its intent is for, and the entire seat collapsed. I could have been injured! The blinds also didn't work, and had to have maintenance come and fix it and they ended up giving us another room, so had to move everything over.
3. We weren't told that we had to REQUEST room service, since the front desk guy upon check in pushed me away so quickly to get me away from him, had no clue and threw all the towels on the floor, only to learn that it's too late to have the room cleaned. Luckily I was able to request some clean towels at least. Later found the little writing on the keycard piece of paper that says you have to request it, but would have been nice to have been told upon check in as I missed it completely. So heads up to others!
4. There is no complimentary breakfast. $15 breakfast Buffett with rotten pastries they’re feeding people! Total health hazard!

The pool was not very sanitary. The service from check in to check out was the worse. Also, we were given coupons for breakfast times until 11am and the staff does not honor it and were very unfriendly and dismissive. No pleasant interactions at all at any point in time.

This was our first time at this property. Wonderful location. Was upgraded to the King Suite on the 4th floor // fabulous room .. amazing shower and lots of hot water. Bed was good. Breakfast was amazing. Being a Diamond member, we were offered $10/per person to cover. A lady by the name of Anna prepared a wonderful cheese omelet. Since she was by yourself, she couldn't prepare french toast or pancakes, but glad I picked the omelet. Fabulous danish and lots of other options on the buffet, which is included with the omelet. It was $15 for the omelet .. some properties will cover the difference if you are a Diamond member, but not this property. Staff very professional ... Michael checked us in .. Very upbeat the friendly. Connie is the sales person, and she was wonderful too. I would return 'cause it has direct access to the freeways and it is super quiet. There is a small charge for parking, which I am not sure why, but ....

Excellent accommodations and nice room. Clean spacious room. We were most impressed that they offered regular room prices during our stay for the 2024 eclipse 🌗. Staff was friendly and gave us a card key for the back door of the property so we could use the restrooms. We saw the eclipse from their back parking lot 👍.

Hotel was nice as was the room. If you are looking for Diamond member benefits this hotel is not one you want to stary at. They charge you a fee for self-parking. The breakfast is $15 and no credit is given as is the case at almost every other Hilton property that charges for breakfast. The Buffet is about what you would to get for free at a Hampton Inn. Had I realized there was no benefits and extra charges I would not have stayed here. Won't be back.
