So...made a reservation through Travelocity 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived at our ES, the person at the desk said they were overbooked and had no rooms, and that I'd have to work it out with Travelocity. When i pushed back that they needed to fix this for us, she nearly had a full on anxiety attack. Several calls later including live chat on Travelocity, a helpful but difficult-to-understand young lady in India, and the District Manager of ES, we were able to find another ES here in Richardson. They were very helpful and expecting us. But no suite...2 rooms. So my boys ended up in 1 room while my wife went to check us into our room. When she opened the door...surprise! There was a man sitting there in shorts (thank God) on the phone. They got a good laugh. But ended up back at the desk, and we finally found another room. One with no sheets for the pull out sofa for the other guest with us...but they had sheets at the desk but were out of pillows! How does a hotel run out of bedding? Anyway, it was fine. I just thought I was going to lay down at 10:30 and it was closer to 1. They did make it right and comped us the rooms.
