The room was exceptional / the shower and bed were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Laurence was most attentive and gave us recommendations on things to do while in the area. He is a gem!

The outside can be deceiving. The inside has some issues. I asked to be moved into another room due to stench and the condition of the room. They moved me to another room with the same warped wallpaper. However, this time part of the door keypad was missing. I showed the manager and she said she was aware of the issue. There were other rooms that were missing part of the lock as well.

From the moment I walked in, I saw that Mr. Lawrence has an incredible sense of hospitality and made me feel so welcome. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Really went above and beyond. Cant say thankyou enough. Will visit them again, no question!

Lawrence is the best! He’s the one serving breakfast in the morning and he is such a warm and welcoming presence. We also had dinner here one night and it was a great food and great service. Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel but I was impressed
