Sheepishly I’ll admit to waking the host upon our late arrival, and he seemed a bit grumpy…. Then I leaned what a nice man he really is! The next day he helped me rescue my pet that had crawled under the mattress into the bedframe. He was good humored, very helpful and I felt cared for. This is now my go-to hotel on trips between Denver and Vegas. Always check your pet in at a hotel. He told me a story of someone who didn’t, so the host wasn’t aware of a cat who had been left behind and it made him very sad.

Greeted upon arrival, and the manager was very thorough explaining amenities, rooms are not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Beds are VERY comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! We’ve stayed here multiple times and we will again if going that way.

We pulled in late at night to the hotel after ordering our room online we briefly spoke to the hotel attendant, who informed us that it was not booked as a pet room which she was quickly able to fix and give us a great rate. Full breakfast, friendly staff, and pet friendly.

I expected a little more for the price. Building is dated, the rooms need an upgrade. The cleanliness was okay at best. The sheets had animal hair all over them and to late at night to get a new set of sheets that I would have to change myself. The complimentary shampoo and lotion (no conditioner) was already used. The remote was sticky. The desk had weird oil smudges all over it. The breakfast was mediocre. Walked in on the staff making it, powdered egg mix being mixed in the eating area and then cooked in the microwave. The stay was comfortable and safe, staff was very friendly. Just expected more given the price as I have stayed at other hotels in the area for 20 to 30 dollars less and had a better experience.

What a joy its been to stay here the manager and the workers are fabulous. They were very polite and genuinly cared about the property and the travelers. They have opened my eyes to the complexities of running a motel business the manager is a great guy who took the time to pay my wife a geniune compliment. The world is going a million miles an hour and im sure his world is going 2 million but he took time out of his busy day every time we saw him to ask us how we were doing and follow up every time we saw him he and his staff are complete proffesionals and i would stay here every time i was in the area and needed a place to stay. Do yourself a favor and if you need a safe clean and good place to stay while going through richfield utah make this your stop...i think you will be very happy you did

Overcharged and underdelivered. Room was barely adequate for cleanliness and was outdated and not in very good repair. Breakfast was not good, and manager was rude and charged more than double the going rate because "it was the last room". I was charged $280.79 US$ and better rooms at other Best Westerns were $118.50. I wouldn't stay here again if I was paid. I usually stay at Best Western and was treated far better every other place.
