Though I stayed during remodeling I was most pleased with this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I even got the pleasure to have a conversation with the owner and he is the perfect man for the new journey of his life!
As stated , I was there during the remodel so I am looking forward to seeing the changes in the dining room and breakfast area. What I saw was going to be absolutely beautiful!

The entire staff was awesome. We had a very clean huge room. Kudos to both night , early morning staff plus one other gentleman (white dodge pickup) who spoke with me that morning.

Staff is very friendly but I paid for a suite that was supposed to slept 5. They said they don’t have a suite that sleeps 5 and gave me a standard room with two queen beds. Still charged me the suite price.

I stayed at the Ramada in Richfield, and was not disappointed. Got in late, but the staff was super accommodating. After a good nights rest, I was treated to a complimentary breakfast which was really tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I had stayed at this hotel, often about 20 years ago. It was good hotels then, but it is better now. I congratulate the current owners for all their hard work.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay. The new owners are working hard to upgrade and update this hotel. A good breakfast. Rooms were clean and well kept and the bed was a comfortable. I interacted with the staff on several occasions and found them helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again.
