"I will start with the good. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfy. Room 128 had no kleenex, clock, hangers or hairdryer. If MainStay is supposed to be like home, this place wasn't! Apparently they are trying to save the earth because the lighting is so dim you will not be reading in the room or applying makeup. Bathroom has a vessel sink which is a pain. There was a bar of soap and nowhere to put it. No plastic cups for brushing your teeth, but instead they have glass tumblers. Dangerous if one of those hits the tile bathroom floor! The web-site advertises free breakfast but there is no such thing. Then take it off of your web-site!"

"Rooms were nice and clean, only downfall is not having a microwave in the room. I had to keep leaving the room to warm.up my newborn baby bottle. I also had grabbed a few microwavables for myself that I ended up not being able to use because there wasnt a microwave so it was very inconvenient."

"I checked in pretty late. It took almost an hour to finally get someone to come to the desk. Had I not booked through an app I would have gone somewhere else. They did discount the room for my troubles. The room was very clean & the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall my stay was pretty pleasant. Even after the rocky start I would book again when I visit the area."

"Again I always stay here! I visit too much! Now that I have made the decision to move back I probably won’t have to stay with them much anymore unless it’s a weekend getaway! Either way, the room was clean, bed very comfy, staff was as always very friendly, very accommodating not that I ever ask for anything but still! Check in and check out was breeze! The location is perfect, close to shopping and food, easy to access to everything! I honestly don’t stay anywhere else!"

"The hotel room itself was nice and spacious. The breakfast was sp**** and the employees were rude except for the front desk clerk. She was very nice but the folks in the breakfast area were rude to everyone and there was barely anything out to eat. We had to ask multiple times for any type of bread to run through the toaster. The eggs were actually a shade of green. I have photos and a video if you need them."
