The hot water in room 115 was scalding hot, probably more than 140F! we could easily have burned ourselves

Absolutely unacceptable experience, especially for a hotel that claims to serve families. During the night, my 7-year-old became violently ill and vomited in bed. We had to completely ***** the bedding and urgently go to the front desk for clean linens while caring for a sick child. The response from the front desk was shockingly poor. We were told there was no bedding available and that housekeeping would handle it in the morning—leaving a sick child without any proper bedding for the entire night. Moments later, when I requested at least towels to use as bedding, the staff member was suddenly able to retrieve clean bedding from the back. This directly contradicted what we were just told and showed a complete lack of urgency and honesty. There was no empathy, no effort to help, and no basic hospitality shown in a moment where any decent hotel should have immediately stepped in. This experience was not just poor service—it was disturbing. I would not recommend this hotel to any family.

The building was dated, There was an attempt to remodel the room we stayed in but it was very low budget. I assume the rest were similar. Everything was clean, The room was comfortable, Staff were great. We didn't use the amenities much as we were there for one night. For a similar price there were much nicer properties less than 5 min away also on the river.

Room was not quite as clean as pictured. Breakfast limited options. One staff person at night; unable to get towels or hot water as she “wasn’t allowed to leave desk”. No worker should be alone and it felt very frustrating to be told we had to come back in the morning for necessaries.

Not a bad budget-friendly option. Definitely had more of motel vibes than hotel vibes, but was just fine for our quick one night stay. Parking was easy and plentiful, and the area felt safe. I appreciated the free breakfast which included some basics.

bugs were in my room , i got moved room and still had bugs in there. i will never stay here again

Great place to stay. Easy to get to. Room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Made reservations on ******* only to be informed upon check in of a “service fee” or “amenities fee” that had to be paid in addition. When I called and asked about the fee the man at the desk was rude and told me if I had an issue with it, take it up with *******.

Perfect for people traveling with pets. Safe, convenient, clean. Pet fees are slightly higher at $50 a pet but ********** never has the pet fees on their site which they should
