A tub would have been nice, but otherwise great!

Great location, easy access to get to different areas of Tri-Cities! Great breakfast options and wonderful staff! Comfortable beds !!

Everything was so nice. Even the Christmas music playing in the lobby and pool area. We found that so funny. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Facility is clean and modern. Rooms are large and comfortable. Parking is free, breakfast was outstanding and staff were friendly and professional

I understand a pet friendly hotel, but was not expecting ALL the rooms to have been pet friendly. Was in the room for 15 minutes and my eyes were itching. Switched rooms to one that had not had a pet in it for awhile. Was okay, until I got into bed…..by morning my eyes were itchy and swollen—even after 3 allergy pills! I was told each room is thoroughly cleaned. I now know NOT to stay at this hotel. I have travelled cross country and stayed at numerous “pet friendly” hotels….this is the first where I had an issue.

The staff was so nice! It was a full house and they all worked so hard to make sure everyone was taken care of

Great room, pool, and breakfast was amzing. Love this hotel and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay again. Very family friendly as my husband n I had our 2 yr old n 8 yr old grandsons with us

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is pet friendly and has pet areas on both ends of the hotel. Well located in the center of a lot of shopping an dining

There was a dirty towel on the floor of our bathroom when we checked in, I spoke to the housekeeper in the hallway and she removed it. There was some garbage in the hallway that layed there all day Sunday and was still there when we checked out on Monday. But the worst thing was that people were smoking right outside the front door every time we came/went out We stay here every year and it has always been nice, but this was definitely a different experience.
