Impressively clean hotel with horrendously arrogant front desk employee. Sir, when asked about a $50 hold that went unmentioned rather than saying "I've worked for every major hotel chain & I get this question all the time so take it up with your bank because it has nothing to do with me" perhaps you should come up with a better response. I mean, if you get asked all the time about it then it would seem you'd be aware of it & able to just say "we put a hold on your card for whatever, it falls off in 3 days." Its $50 & according to you you're aware of it so how about just making others aware at check in & not being so sneaky about it. They have a right to know. 50 bucks, no biggie. Just acknowledge it. And p.s. NOBODY cares how many "major" hotels you once worked at....nobody.
