The unit needs some TLC and more money spent on breakfast. The bathroom fan sounds like an F16 plane staging to go and both sinks take 10 minutes to drain after waiting for 10 minutes for hot water. That is why we didnt use the shower. Needs work. And yogurt and cereal for breakfast, really?

The bedspread was not clean. The amenities were lacking, no kleenex, only a partial roll of toilet paper and not really comfortable. The breakfast was mostly carbs, not a good thing. I have stayed in a lot nicer Wyndham hotels.

Pro - Very friendly Staff, Breakfast is not great ; but good, has a washer and dryer on site, has a microwave and mini fridge in room, reasonable rates Cons - Bed was broken at the end of the bed, Table legs almost falling off, chairs filthy, chair coming apart, hand rail for bathroom loose and cracked on wall, shower head dirty and cracked on wall, floor of bathtub is peeling, mini fridge freezer needs to be defrosted as we couldn't use it We were there a few weeks prior and told staff about these issues - when we came back we had same room - nothing had been fixed

I enjoyed my stay at Americas Best Value Inn in Kilgore, Texas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided exceeded my expectations. The quiet and convenient location made it easy and relaxing experience. The bedding and rooms were renovated but the pictures on booking websites are older. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay.

Need a little TLC -- no water pressure in sink - the bed was great - was there 4 nights and they never made the bed - had to ask for more towels - bad service!!

Since we booked our stay through Hotel's Dot Com, We were given the worst room... For real. The gal at the front desk said so that they always book people who use a third party into rooms that they fill the furthest from the front desk or the nearest to the noise. Our room did not have a drain plug in the sink... and the hold bar by the bath room was tore lose from the wall. The road to the facility was under construction and it was closed so we had to find a different way into the hotel. We stayed here on our way out to Colorado and the location is perfect, but this location leaves much to be desired. There are other motels in the area which we will use on our next trip West.
