This is our second stay at this hotel this year, and everything – the environment, location, service, and breakfast – is excellent. The complimentary airport shuttle is a great bonus. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Located in Richmond, it's in a good area with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but it often departs a few minutes ahead of schedule, leading to an additional half-hour wait. We found stains, resembling plum pits, on the supposedly clean, fresh towels. The bathtub was also very dirty. The hotel's facilities are quite dated. Breakfast was identical each day, offering only the most basic Western options.

The room was very clean; though it showed its age, it was impeccably maintained. The front desk had a Chinese-speaking staff member, which made us feel right at home and communication a breeze. The free hotel shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient. There are many Chinese restaurants nearby; the closest, Yun Zhi Nan, is less than 100 meters away and serves absolutely delicious food. The park behind the hotel was a lovely spot, where I even saw ducks in the morning. Just a 10-minute walk away is a famous shopping mall, perfect for a shopping spree. Its second floor is a fantastic food court, offering a wide array of international dishes.
After leaving for the airport, I realized I had forgotten a bag of clothes. I called the hotel, and they went above and beyond, finding it and holding it until my friend could pick it up. Such thoughtful service! It truly put a perfect end to my Canada trip.

I had an excellent stay here. The staff were very nice and professional. Easy access to YVR with the free airport shuttle. The room was clean and had everything needed. The free breakfast was also good. It has a decent selection. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go here again in the future.

The room was a decent size, but the sheets didn't seem very clean. The breakfast area got quite crowded. While it's conveniently located near YVR airport and a 10-minute walk to the SkyTrain, it's really just about average for the Richmond area.

The facilities look old but the bed is very comfortable. Found a hair in my towels and the room has a very faint smell. Other than that the breakfast and shuttle work very well and the service is excellent. Perfect for a short stay near the airport.
