Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport, Ascend Hotel Collection

Good hotel, shuttle pick up from airport. Nice comfortable beds, quiet rooms, good restaurants around the area

Interior of the room looked a bit outdated other than the big screen TV and the Keurig coffee maker. We were given a room that it was right outside the front entrance roof so the window sight was disgusting as it has been wet and raining so we are looking out to a muddy dirty wet roof top. The fan inside the room was very noisy. Every time the fan kicked in, it was so loud, we all woke up. We did not have a good night sleep at all. One of the bathroom lights above the mirror was flickering when we checked in. The location is great as it is in the middle of all good eats. Parking was about $15/night. We checked in at 3:30pm and there was only 1 staff at front desk. She was on the phone so we waited for almost 30 minutes. She did not even acknowledge our presence, and we just stood there. No greeting or "sorry for the wait". Minimal communication during check in. We were given a room with the window that was right at roof entrance top. Since it has been raining and wert, we were looking at a muddy, dirty roof top. The roof top was so big that it was out view, only see the top neon lights of the stores cross the stree. Check out was the same. Took the card and said, "you are set", did not even asked me the room number. I told her what the room number was. Nothing like, "Thanks for your stay". I would not consider the staff are friendly at all. I stay here years ago when it was the Four Pointe. It was much more pleasant than this time. Even we love the location, but we definitely will not stay here again.

Next it Richmond centre. Walking distance to 大統華。 airport bus to and from airport is free.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s only a short shuttle drive from YVR, very convenient. It’s also quite a spacious room to stay in.

either a service provider inbetween or the hotel itself didnt react on any inquiry to change the dates. They only started to initate the contact after the day of my actual desired stay date (which I communicated in the text reaching out to them) elapsed. Therefore I cannot say anything good about it. Does not seem to be professional.
