Overall good service, clean. Slight delay at check in due to room not ready at 3pm, but did not have to wait too long. Extended check out time was easy to accommodate.

Location is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy.
The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water.
Staff at the front desk was courteous.
I think parking should have been included.

We were greeted by friendly faces, our reservation
Was handled an efficient and professional manner. Our room was amazing, the bed was super comfy and the room was spotless! Hope to stay there again soon!

Transitioning from Vancouver to Toronto, stayed for the layover. Room is clean, nice neighbour, love the free shuttle service to and from the airport
