I was very happy with this hotel; all the staff were extremely friendly. It's a convenient 15-minute drive from the airport, and my room was quiet. They offered a standard American breakfast, which was decent. An airport shuttle service is also available. Highly recommended!

Great location, very convenient for getting around. It's a short walk to the SkyTrain station, offering easy access to downtown and Victoria. Plus, there are plenty of dining options in the area. On the downside, for the price, the value for money is only so-so.

The room was okay. My luggage was delayed, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste. It was good that the hotel provided disposable ones upon request. However, when I called for two toothbrushes, only one was sent. Calling again, they insisted we go to the front desk to get it ourselves. Moreover, the front desk staff, who clearly looked Chinese, refused to speak Chinese with us, acting as if speaking English made them feel superior. Breakfast was decent and filling. Also, for the airport shuttle, 200-215 refers to check-in counter numbers, not a gate, and it's a designated shuttle pickup spot. The hotel failed to explain this clearly.

The room was good, clean and spatious! The shuttle was convenient. The big dissapointment was breakfast, which I think is really just Comfort Inn level and does not justify the room price.

All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive "supposed to be free" breakfast.
