"A very nice hotel because the hotel is part of Casino. We thought we could have enjoying buffet dinner but only open in weekend. Location is near to subway so that we easy going to downtown.
There was a fire alarm alighted on early morning 5am in our second night, and we called to front desk but they not sure what’s happened. I was very scared and thought we had to run out. But other room people still stayed then we also stayed in our room. After 10-15 minutes a radio announcement said something but also not so clearly listened. This was my first time met this happened."
"The location is very convenient, with many Chinese restaurants nearby, and across the street is T&T Supermarket, the largest Asian supermarket. The room was reasonably clean and tidy, but the facilities were basic; they didn't even provide slippers. Although the front desk downstairs offers 24-hour service, they often don't answer the phone, and their attitude is quite poor and dismissive. I booked a shuttle service to the airport and waited in the lobby, but no one informed me when the car arrived, so I missed my scheduled shuttle and had to wait another half hour for the next one."
"Location is good. It is relatively close to the sky train and restaurants. However, the walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors walking and faucet running. The building is old with some renovations done. Could improve on the shower pressure and the air condition fan was noisy.
The description on our room was “courtyard view” but I got the view of the roof with some air units and rain water.
Staff at the front desk was courteous.
I think parking should have been included."
"Pretty good, actually! The hotel bed was super comfy, and I had a great 3-day stay here.
Initially, the sheets weren't clean, and the staff mentioned no one had changed them. But at least they brought me new sheets, even though I had to change them myself. Still, it was okay, and the rest of the hygiene was pretty good.
Didn't have breakfast here, so can't comment on that. But we successfully grabbed breakfast at T&T Supermarket, saving our stomachs!"
"Service was phenomenal.
I was a really late check in - I had a 10 hour layover in Vancouver and I am not built to sleep at the airport. I needed somewhere clean, warm and budget friendly and this place ticked all the necessary boxes. I booked and paid online and grabbed a cab - this place was super close to the airport.
When I arrived, the guy at the desk was super helpful- got me all checked in, got me scheduled for the free shuttle to the airport in the morning - even asked if I needed a wake up call. He also went above and beyond and had some early breakfast items ready for early departure guests. Shuttle was scheduled for 6am - but breakfast didn’t start until 630 - he had muffins, croissants, coffee and juice all ready for us. Super nice touch.
I absolutely would stay here again. I had a king sized - super comfy bed. And the customer service - perfect."
"This is one of the your chain hotels we have stayed in and this is the best. It was very easy to find the shuttle bus once we stepped out of the International Terminal. The driver of thd shuttle was very helpful with loading and unloading our luggages and my wife have him a good tip.
The room is large and quite clean which allowed us for a good sleep before we continue our journey the next day. The breakfast is a bit too simple though, and not warm enough for us seniors.
On the whole, we enjoyed our overnight stay after a long haul flight before we hop onto our next flight furth east."
"The good thing is free parking, and there’s a restaurant right next to the hotel that you don’t need to walk outdoor. Lobby is spacious is neat. But they have limited electric kettle so I could not be able to get one and need to go down to the lobby and ask for hot water everytime I need it, some of the staff were helpful to provide but some are showing unpleasant expressions."
"Provided free airport pickup and drop-off service. The room size is great. Free breakfast included. The decoration of the room is a little old. 5 min walk to the Canada line station. $250 deposit is needed for our one night stay, which is weird. No deposit is needed in the other three hotels during our trip. No slipper provided."
"Good front desk service, friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel door lock has just been replaced with a swipe card style.
Every time I pass by Vancouver, I think of this hotel's breakfast buffet making checkered, although it is not expensive food, but it has its own characteristics."
"No toothbrushes or slippers were initially provided, but they were promptly supplied upon request. The room was clean, the bedding felt fresh, and the location was convenient."

Amazing
SShengdanyangI booked a homestay for my colleague, and he gave a very good review after he came back! Must give a good review!!!
My colleague was traveling alone, his English was not very good, and he did not rent a car, so it was not very convenient to travel. Thanks to the landlord for her careful care, and she also prepared dinner the night before leaving. The dishes were very good. Thank you very much❤️
CChengThe landlord's uncle is very good, and he will try his best to meet any requirements.
The bed is very big, two or three people sleep no problem, one person sleeps very comfortable
The experience is very good, I will definitely stay again next time.
GgisellewqlIn addition to the difficulty when checking in, if you encounter a hotel without a front desk for the first time, you must call and tell them your email address. Then the hotel will send you a check-in message, and then you can check in online to get the room number and room password. . Thanks to Ctrip's help, otherwise I really wouldn't be able to check in. What's even more exaggerated is that the hotel service phone is not answered manually. Why is it so mysterious? I can't understand them. However, the room is really big, clean and comfortable. It has a water view at the entrance and is very quiet. It also has a full set of kitchen utensils. However, the air conditioner is too loud and there is no water in the room. This is a shortcoming, but the price is still quite suitable. Yes, it’s only 1,800. It’s nice to have free parking at the door. It’s also very convenient to get to the scenic spots. You can walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, which is pretty good.
HHSINGCHIENThe boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining.
It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit.
I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city.
The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use.
It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.
GGUANWEIIt's clean and easy to find. Central location. Easy to eat
Independent storage cabinet is convenient and safe. The sleeping bunk is also quiet and has a lot of personal space. It is suitable for North Americans. There is also a place to put a notebook in the bed, which is very convenient!
