It just looks like it’s had some wear and tear The mattress is very soft. Just looks like it needs a really good cleaning. Staff was great.

They are extremely accommodating and helpful. We had two rooms and stayed two nights. The rooms are comfortable, modern and very clean. They have a nice breakfast buffet. We stay in a lot of hotels but you will never top the warm hospitality at this hotel. This is the place to stay…lovely staff and very nice rooms.

This was one of if not THE BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is phenomenal! They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were valued guests. The rooms were amazingly comfortable! From the beds to the exceptionally clean bathrooms to the awesome amenities in the “kitchen”! The entire hotel was clean inside and out. The pool area was clean and safe-had all the safety equipment you would expect at a public pool. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning a trip to the Richmond area!

Enjoyed our stay except the blinds at one of our windows didn't work, so they moved us to another room, not quite as nice as the first one. Staff said they would reduce our bill, but then said they could not......Travelocity would have to change billing.

Very nice hotel, the step is great, but where the hotel is it's a little busy or could get congested very easily. Love contractor stay at this hotel in between working on jobs or working jobs in the area. But it's a nice hotel
