The lady ain't the front desk was rude towards me and my husband. We had parked in a handicap spot and have a handicap placard because I'm disabled and she made us move our car... and they made us stay on the top floor even tho they had plenty of rooms empty on the bottom floor.

We had an unplanned stay after a flat tire stranded us in Richmond. Travelodge had an available room for a reasonable price. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, front desk staff, Brian, was kind and helpful. It was a good place to sleep overnight on our travels. We didn't need extras, just a comfortable bed and clean room.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have a problem with the temperature in the room and it there were some cosmetic issues. But, I could tell that they were in the process of upgrading and refurbishing the rooms. I would stay here again if I am traveling through this area of Indiana again.

Room was nicely furnished. Staff very accommodating. Room was very clean and well maintained. I liked the location as it was close to restaurants, gas, and convenience stores. Easy on and off access to highway.

Perfectly acceptable as a "pull-off and sleep for a night" location. Road/train noise audible, but I did not hear anything from adjacent rooms, only people outside. Older building that has been updated at some point, currently just a step away from completely fresh. Would use again.

Pets were welcome, but there was a $15/per pet fee. Unfortunately, our room smelled like dog. P.U. our dogs are small, get baths and do not stink
