Great travelodge, in very good location with clean and fresh rooms.

book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

Perfect location, clean and tidy. Remarkable sound proofed for location. Confortable bed, room excellent towels.

Hotel was in a great location for exploring Richmond. Room was very small and glad we had only booked for one night. It was, however, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the water supply had been cut off so was unable to shower, make a cuppa, flush toilet. Understand it was not the Hotel's fault but spoilt our stay.

The best thing to say about the Hotel is that it is very centrally located in Richmond. The City Center, bus station and rail station are just some Minutes away. The Hotel and our room were well maintained, but small and sticky.

Having previously been stung by their 'flexibility' rules, when I wanted to split a 4 day booking into two and two and, despite the promised flexibility, they would not let me, I only booked one night this time. It is convenient, clean, quiet and reasonably cost effective to visit my mother compared to other Richmond upon Thames options.

Excellent position in Richmond. Convenient and great staff on reception. Clean with a very good shower. The shower does tend to leak onto the en-suite floor. The air con was quite noisy and you may need taste windows do not open.
