book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

The room was very clean and had enough facilities for a night's stay. The only thing that is not provided in the room is a hair dryer, but you can borrow one at the front desk. Finn the Springer and I could not have had a better experience. The staff was so warm and friendly, and the room was comfortable and spotless. We are definitely staying here when in the area. We would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Easy to get to from either train or bus. And close to lots of shops and food places.

The location is 5 star. The rooms are clean and small but you are not booking this hotel to spend lots of time in your hotel room! You are staying here due to its location. Richmond is so wonderful. Tip: to enhance your stay say Hi to André, the manager...!

This property was recently updated. We were in a small room (next time we may book the larger option) but everything was clean and fresh. The location in Richmond is amazing! Easy walk to river, great restaurants, coffee and bakeries and transport. We would stay here again.

Great stay in an outstanding clean and friendly environment. Very central and friendly hotel. Rooms very small but extremely clean and team polite and very professional. Definitely will return next week for business. Team did at 12h30 an early check in for only 10 pounds

It’s a travel lodge. So you get what you pay for. The room was clean and warm. Road works outside but not too much of an issue. We were disappointed to we couldn’t drop our bags when we were too early for check in. It’s the only hotel we’ve ever been to in the UK and abroad where we’ve not been able to. Had to pay an additional £10 to check in early just so we didn’t have to haul our bags around a two hour tour. Overall it’s perfectly adequate in a decent location
