I spent some time at the Richmond Hill Hotel for an event with work and had an enjoyable visit. We were looked after very well. It was a pleasant hotel with lovely service, and I’d like to make a special mention and thanks to Chris and Abhishek especially, for looking after us.

The staff really looked after us in every setting. On reception, in the restaurant, in our meeting room. The food was great and the facilities worked perfectly. With lovely restaurants and walks nearby, I'd happily recommend this venue

Was a wonderful experience from booking in to checkout Friendly helpful staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The cleaner we meet she was so friendly and any requests it was sorted very quickly. Such a excellent location will definitely go back. Mybe a small bit expensive but think it is worth it

Very nice hotel in a lovely location. Close enough to Twickenham stadium to jump in a cab to watch the rugby. Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was adequate but was a little bit surprised at the amount of cobwebs in there. Apart from that the room was spotless. Food was nice and well presented. Price wise, you are in a great area and you expect to pay the price for that. Lovely to see the wild deer in Richmond Park.

First night, service exceptional-warm, friendly, and efficient. Just had breakfast, beautifully laid out; everything high quality. Shout out for Ramila who was polite, attentive, and likeable, and look after us wonderfully.
