The hotel has good service environment, facilities and transportation. It is very quiet. The front desk staff also helped me solve an urgent problem. I am willing to stay in this hotel again. Recommended!

Lovely hotel - delish complimentary cookies when we arrived late and hungry- best bit was our interaction with Alessandro on night shift at reception- we had great chats , he made us feel so welcome and was an absolute pleasure to encounter him during our stay- he made the experience. Thank you

Staff were excellent. When I arrived the baby cot wasn’t in my room. I called reception and they immediately moved me to a larger room with baby cot, and helped me with all my stuff whilst I fed my baby.

Lovely Hotel. Very friendly staff, fast check in. Room was very comfortable - bed especially good. Easy parking behind the hotel. Great position for station and we had a nice, low-key supper at the Tap Pub around the corner. Great value - Will stay again.

Stay could not have been better. We stayed there twice while being in Richmond. Staff is so terrific and helpful. Plus unlimited cappuccino and little goodies. WE WILL BE BACK WHEN WE COME TO RICHMOND AGAIN. So close to train station, restaurants, and shopping .

Clean rooms with delightful staff. Very convenient location with food and entertainment nearby. We went down to the river area for a lovely walk. The hotel had a lovely patio where we had a nice cocktail before dinner. The train station was a short walk so we could get anywhere.

The property was conveniently located for my needs, close to public transport into London. the staff were very helpful and professional.
I would definitely recommend the Selwyn to travellers as a great hotel to stay.
I will be coming back whenever I'm in Richmond

A fantastic hotel in an excellent location in Richmond. Recently refurbished and it is immaculate throughout. Also, there are very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely time there and we'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.
