The hotel has good service environment, facilities and transportation. It is very quiet. The front desk staff also helped me solve an urgent problem. I am willing to stay in this hotel again. Recommended!

Clean, well-appointed hotel in a nice location. But: no offer to help with our luggage on arrival or departure; room was warm, and no instructions given on how to operate the A/C (it was confusing); breakfast not included (as it had been on all our other UK hotels); and coffee machine in the lobby area needed maintenance the night before our departure and this had not been addressed by the following morning.

The moment you walk in you will realise that you made a great choice selecting this hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Awesome design. The location is perfect. You can walk 5 minutes to underground, bus is next to you (if you need a bus), bakeries, shops, restaurants everything is nearby.

Ver very good service Romina from Argentina was the best one! She is very lovely and a very good person! Since we got to the hotel, everyone was nice. The hotel has really good rooms and the way people treat you is awesome We stayed just for a night but I can say just in that time that it was very good

The hotel is beautifully appointed, the staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is half way between central London and Heathrow, easy walking distance to high street, railway station or the 490 bus can take you from Heathrow to Richmond. Our room had a bath which was great after big days of exploring.

Fab hotel, we were going to a wedding at the Bingham riverside venue which is a 5 minute drive away. Lovely rooms decorated really nicely and bathrooms looked brand new. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more to make sure we had a very lovely stay

I will be back. Just completed an England/France trip. Was headed to London and Paris and added Richmond on because we got a good deal on the flights to go in a few days early. This was an add on, but I would recommend Richmond as a place to visit and if so stay at the Selwyn. The website need some more details and photos. The room was nice; staff was friendly - especially the ladies working the breakfast area. The only item to note was the A/C in the room did not cool well.

3 different reception staff were uninspiring, borderline rude. Staying in a different hotel now, with each staff members going above and beyond, and it really makes it clear how lackluster the Selwyn staff were. Room was small but nicely done. Very hot inside room, with AC not helping. Constant noise through the wall, maybe plumbing or something. Only there 2 nights, so no big deal, but would not stay longer here.
