Amanda at the front desk was so polite and helpful. She also asked if I have everything I needed throughout my stay. I enjoyed being treated with respect, dignity, and kindness. In this world we live in it’s rare to be treated with genuine respect and Amanda made me feel welcome and comfortable to be able to come back to Extended Stay Richmond again.
