Room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. It was a very small room. Not enough for a wheelchair to maneuver. Shower was not handicapped acct. only had rails. Should have shower seat and removable shower head Was very disappointed with that. Otherwise the room and all other areas were clean and nice. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would return if the handicapped situation was guaranteed

Staff are super helpful and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Mell for taking care of us and our car! My only recommendation is to improve the quality of the pool area. The water was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom, and the pool towels were always empty. It didn’t keep our youngest from swimming, but no one else was comfortable doing so.
