The hotel room really let me down with the condition. Also, there was no heating system that I stayed in the room very cold temp.
I just say, I’m not staying at the hotel again.

Cet hôtel présente un niveau de propreté déplorable, avec des chambres mal entretenues, des draps douteux et des sanitaires négligés. L'expérience globale est entachée par un environnement peu hygiénique, ce qui compromet sérieusement le confort des visiteurs.
L'état lamentable de la propreté dans cet hôtel crée une atmosphère insupportable. Les surfaces sont visiblement sales, les draps présentent des taches douteuses, et les salles de bains semblent ne pas avoir été nettoyées depuis un certain temps. L'odeur nauséabonde qui règne dans les couloirs ajoute à l'ensemble une dimension repoussante, faisant de l'expérience un cauchemar hygiénique.
Le service du personnel dans cet établissement laisse beaucoup à désirer. L'attitude du personnel est désinvolte, l'accueil est peu chaleureux, et les demandes des clients sont souvent traitées avec un manque d'efficacité flagrant. Ce manque d'attention et de professionnalisme contribue à créer une expérience décevante et peu engageante pour les visiteurs.

It was dirty, night clerk wouldnt speak to me, was pn the phone the whole tome.
Just gave me a piece of paper to sogn.
Unplugged my ev from the socket.
Why does the hotel have sockets if not for thd guests to use?
No coffe starion in the room.

I didn’t stay at this hotel because a lady call me hours before check in to tell me that I needed to pay or they would cancel my reservation. I don’t give my credit card over the phone to anyone so they cancel and I had to drive 4.5 hours back hone to Virginia

The bathroom was cold even though rhey had some warming light in there. But other than that the hotel was clean and neat.
