Super aggravating! Pool was shut done and was told it was open. Not a big deal, but we are traveling with 4 kids. Stains on the floor and couch. Paid for a suite and not enough room to pull out the sofa bed. TV remote had 0 batteries and was told by front desk, " there is a Walmart down the road". Ummm...no. We are not going to buy batteries for your TV remote. He said they have none. Come to find out, the TV wouldn't even turn on. Floors have not been vacuumed. Elevator didn't work. When I asked for additional towels I was told to go to the storage room and help myself. Super oober frustrated.

3rd floor feels like building is going to fall in. The floor is up then down then back up again. Horribly buckled in spots. Bathtub has soap ring - disgusting. A bullet hole in the window. If we didn’t just get in at midnight we wouldn’t have stayed. We left first thing in morning and cancelled the rest of our stay there.

Nice room set up. Dirty wash cloth in tub, air would not regulate at all. Didn’t have garbage bags. Getting towels for the amount of people in room was a process. Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly and helpful but out of supplies, clean linens is not a fun process!!

Concept of two bedroom was great as siblings were in town together for a funeral. But it was dirty and dated. Went to the front desk to ask for cleaning supplies to at least wipe down surfaces and they told me they couldn’t help me and that I should go to Walmart to buy some cleaning supplies. Told the manager the next day and he seemed genuinely concerned but offered no compensation, points, etc. won’t be back.
