Poor leadership satisfied with poor performance. Breakfast was late; bathroom door hinge was not balanced; no mats in fitness center, elevator did not go to third floor; ice machines were broken and only available on 5th and 6th floors.

I booked a solo staycation for the weekend for a mental health break. The property was quiet, clean and convenient to shopping mall and restaurants. I was not pleased with the linens and towels; they were very cheap and rough! The pillows were very flat as well. I requested that these items be replaced but i never received them!

This hotel is not representative of the Hyatt brand. From finishes in the room, to bath towels, to a tired breakfast, the whole property needs a makeover.

Stayed here because we were having some working done on the house. We stayed here because of promises the website made that the hotel could not offer. Neither of the rooms we stayed in were clean - there was someone's dirty clothes in the room, hair and dirt in the refrigerator, missing furniture. After bringing these issues up to the Front Desk, we were offered an apology but had to request a 2nd room which was not any cleaner. I was offered 1,000 points by the Front Desk Manager which I have not received as of this review, 4/12/24. This hotel boasts of a 6am-midnight dining options at the bar as well as a 24/7 late night menu which were not available due to issues with their grill. The only positive was the breakfast, which was average and the beds "looked" clean. This was not a hotel experience, but more of a hotel experience. While work on my home was being completed, I stayed at 4 different hotels in 4 days in the same location (Jackson/Ridgeland) and the Hyatt was the worse of the 4. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will not be returning.

Let’s just say my over all experience was horrible but it ended well! The over all staff were amazing, Everyone at the front desk housing keeping, maintenance, smiling and greeting the entire stay! I booked 2 separate reservations items were missing, protocols were not met! Ms Courtney did a horrible job! Thankfully the young lady at the front desk took the time to look for my missing (missing for 3 days) items after she had made the breakfast and taking care of the front desk! Thankfully all my missing items were recovered

The room was relatively clean and the staff was polite. About half the amenities work in the room. The sink and shower halfway worked, about half the lights worked, and the air conditioner made an unbearably loud rattling sound. The hotel is right on the interstate so you hear the traffic. The breakfast was about what I’d imagine prison food to be like 😂 but the hotel was cheap and in a nice area. I guess you get what you pay for. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping in this area.

Rooms were clean. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash was provided. We were told breakfast would start at 6. It did not. When waiting, we were told it would start at 6:30. By the time we left at 7 there was still no breakfast.
