Stayed here because we were having some working done on the house. We stayed here because of promises the website made that the hotel could not offer. Neither of the rooms we stayed in were clean - there was someone's dirty clothes in the room, hair and dirt in the refrigerator, missing furniture. After bringing these issues up to the Front Desk, we were offered an apology but had to request a 2nd room which was not any cleaner. I was offered 1,000 points by the Front Desk Manager which I have not received as of this review, 4/12/24. This hotel boasts of a 6am-midnight dining options at the bar as well as a 24/7 late night menu which were not available due to issues with their grill. The only positive was the breakfast, which was average and the beds "looked" clean. This was not a hotel experience, but more of a hotel experience. While work on my home was being completed, I stayed at 4 different hotels in 4 days in the same location (Jackson/Ridgeland) and the Hyatt was the worse of the 4. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will not be returning.
