We brought 4 of our residents to enjoy the nice tubs, along with 2 staff to support. The rooms were very spacious and clean. There is a step up into each room, which would not have worked if we had anyone is a wheelchair, thankfully it did not impact us negatively. The room did not have a phone which was another concern we had when it came to being able to communicate with our residents.

We had a wonderful stay here. Having the hot tubs right outside our room was awesome. The perfect way to start the day or relax after a long hike on the perimeter trail! The lodge is located just off Main St, just a short walk or drive to shopping & restaurants. We thought it was a great value & would definitely recommend it

The redwood soaking tubs are fantastic. They regularly monitor and post each tubs temperature. Some chairs placed near each tub would be nice but I suspect they are still working on this. In the past there was no included breakfast and they have changed that and now do. Our favorite place to stay in Ouray..

This hotel is awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot spring tubs offered a variety of temperatures offering something for all of us. Renting the robes is a must.Breakfast was great. Thanks for making our family adventure perfect
