Un bellissimo palazzo, per cui ci si aspetta un albergo all'altezza....niente di più errato. Così come una attempata ed appassita signora ottantenne mostra i segni di un passato segnato da una splendente bellezza, così l'albergo quattro stagioni porta solo le tracce di un passato glorioso, giacchè tutto, arredi, camere, accessori, denotano trascuratezza ed abbandono. Non è 4 stelle, nemmeno 3...forse 2 stelle. Da dimanticare. NB. Si salva l'estrema cortesia, gentilezza ed accoglienza di Marco che ringrazio sentitamente.

Se siete alla ricerca di un hotel 2 stelle allora questo è quello giusto!!!!! Arredamento vecchissimo….. bagni ancora peggio.. colazione no comment…. Sentivano dalla cucina tossire e sputare….. di conseguenza ci è passata anche la fame …. la nota positiva è la super gentilezza del receptionist. Peccato considerato la posizione e la bellezza dell edificio.

The Grande Albergo was past it's best, the rooms were worn and the bathroom was dropping to bits. The air conditioning was centrally operated and probably twenty years past it's peak.
On the positive side, the staff (Marco) was great and the location perfect.

Struttura prenotata per oltre 40 soci del Touring Club Italiano per 4giorni in mezza pensione a Maggio 2023. Accoglienza ed assistenza superlativi, grazie a Marco. Prezzi concorrenziali. Hotel posizionato nel cuore di Rieti presso il Duomo; struttura esterna interessante, come pure la Hall e la sala da pranzo in stile liberty, ma il lato negativo è rappresentato dalle camere, molto datate che necessitano di una urgente ristrutturazione !! Buono il livello della colazione e anche dei cibi servitici a cena. In sintesi è stata una discreta esperienza, purtroppo vanificata dai reclami dei soci per la qualità delle camere, indecorosa per un hotel a 4 stelle.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel sito in un palazzo storico in pieno centro della città , la gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff già dal nostro arrivo e stato impeccabile, colazione varia ed abbondante, pulizia delle camere top, ovviamente le camere sono un po' datate urge è non dispiacerebbe una bella e seria ristrutturazione. Ci ritorneremo.

Non ho mai visto un edificio adibito ad albergo così vecchio e non curato Dall’esterno non si direbbe ma una volta entrati ci si rende conto che l’albergo necessiterebbe di lavori urgenti di ristrutturazione La camera !!! Vecchia e con un wc che una volta tirato lo sciacquone sembra che venga giù il soffitto. Un rumore incredibile La vasca da bagno che non sa proprio voglia di prendere un bagno o tantomeno una doccia. Faceva freddo in camera e non c’era nessun riscaldamento acceso. Colazione da dimenticare

Abbiamo soggiornato con un cofanetto Smartbox. Gentilezza, ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale, pulito e camera accogliente con una bella vista sui giardini comunali. Buona la colazione, abbondante e con prodotti freschi, bella anche la sala. Il cofanetto prevedeva la cena che abbiamo fatto in un ristorante vicino all' hotel, rustico, ma molto curato (La Piazzetta da Felice). Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, e siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia. Esperienza molto buona e consigliata.
