It is within walking distance of the bus stop for the airport and back.
Check-in was also easy, with the staff speaking English slowly.
The room was clean and fine for a single room, and the bed was soft enough (personal preference) so I was able to sleep well.
My friend's room smelled like sewage, which was a minus.
The drain seal seemed to be poor, so I ran it for a few minutes when I could, and when I came back it was better!
My room smelled like incense or perfume, so it may be a hit or miss depending on the room.
Breakfast was buffet style and delicious.

The hotel is very well located. Most tours can be done on foot from the hotel.
The staff is available and friendly.
The rooms are clean and well equipped.
The rooms are however very poorly soundproofed, we had the misfortune of being next to a room with very noisy and rude people which unfortunately prevented us from sleeping.
Apart from this mishap, I recommend this hotel which is well located.
