It's close to the bus station, but it was difficult to move around with a suitcase because you have to go through an underground passage with stairs. There are also several steps before you reach the elevator inside the hotel.
The room was only cleaned by making the futon and replacing some of the towels, but the floor and bathroom were left untouched. I was surprised when they came in when I was in my room at around 9am.
Water costs 5 euros.

The hotel is very well located in the city center. The bed is very comfortable. On Sundays you can park for free on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast is until 10:30 am buffet. There is a good quality price relation.

Amazing stylish hotel in the center of the city. Great position between bus station an Old Town. Very clean, cosy room and comfy bed. Delicious breakfast with sparkling wine. Highly recommended hotel!

Hotel in a convenient location, you can arrive by bus 22 from the airport. Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed mattress; excellent bathroom and exceptional shower cubicle x
The breakfast room was very nice, with a lot of choice of drinks and good food.
The only flaw is in the check in and check out:  it is very slow you are asked to fill out a form in which you have to indicate your credit card details because if you take something from the mini bar they will charge you what you spend;  or you have to leave a deposit of €50 but when you check out the lady has to go to the room and check that you have consumed: VERY TWISTED. The reception staff (there were two men and a woman present in three days) is not friendly; no smile in 3 days; I asked to check out at 12.45 instead of 12.00 and I was told NO in an unkind way.
Changing the staff who welcomes you to the hotel wouldn't be a bad idea and would demean a hotel that would otherwise be worth 5//5 in terms of value for money

Amazing hotel if you don’t need spa included. Very central and absolutely amazing in terms of decor and service. Prosecco breakfast is a must. Old town just round the corner, so is the bus to the airport.
