This is my second time staying at this hotel. The room I booked through booking three years ago is on the third floor. The bed is on top. The corridor on the third floor looks more like a hotel. This time I booked on Ctrip and the room is on the last one on the fourth floor. , the windows are not as big as those on the third floor before, but the small and exquisite room is still quite warm to live alone. I usually go for a hike after breakfast, and return to the hotel for spa treatment around three in the afternoon. Highly recommended😊

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est avenant et disponible. Nous y étions en famille avec notre bébé de 11 mois. Nous avons tous été choyés. L’hôtel et la piscine sont très propres. Le petit-déjeuner et les repas sont parfaits. La chambre est assez spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Seul bémol: le matelas était peu confortable.

We highly recommend this resort as a fantastic option to enjoy a mountain spa & hotel with a staff that went above and beyond to provide excellent service, hospitality and friendliness!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer waren einfach möbliert aber sauber. Das Personal durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks Buffet ordentlich mit sehr gutem Kaffee Wellness eine Wucht. Nachdem wir den check out gemacht hatten , konnten wir trotzdem noch das Wellness den ganzen Tag benutzen. Super!! Ambiente: Angenehm Preis / Leistung: gut zum weiterempfehlen: unbedingt

This is a great place to stay. There is a pool on site and you are provided with towels and robes to use the facility. The hotel is well located with lovely walks starting right out the front. The views are spectacular. Breakfast was included in our package and excellent with pastries, juices and other selections. The hotel is obliging with storage of luggage and the check in staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and it was one of the highlights of our trip. There are a couple of shops close by for ice cream and souvenirs. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station.

Arrangement mit 4 Gang Nachtessen und Badeintritt und Übernachtung. Abendessen war leider sehr schlecht und entsprach damit nicht den Versprechungen und dem Preis. Schade. Der Personalmangel macht sich leider auch in den Schweizer Bergen bemerkbar und verschlechtert die erwartete Qualität.
