Looks older from outside, pretty good once inside. Very tiny room but clean. The bed was very small I offer to pay for an upgraded but I was told there are no vacancies. Which was not entirely true when I checked out early morning, there room accreoa mine was open, and empty. I took a peak andx and a picture. See attached, that is what it should have looked like. The pictures pictures on the booking sites are probably taken with a wide lens, it makes everything look bigger and wider. Good trick. Shower was another problem, no pressure and the wall shower head holder was so way high up on the wall. Not an issue for me to reach up to it but an average person will never get to it. My issue was that it was broken so I had to use one hand shower routine which I hate. Why don't they check ands repair these ahead of time? Parking free in front of the hotel, location is prime 10 minutes walking to the core and breakfast was good. I asked for fried eggs, only scrambled at the buffet, they made it for me. The shower ands the size of the room and bed got the stars down from me.

I was here for a night with a friend, the hotel itself was not bad. But the reason the rating is low is due to a member of staff, we came back to the hotel to collect our suitcases, which was behind the counter. We were waiting, not sure if he was going to bring it out, he then said to us “go on then.” I also had a really bad cold and needed tissue, I couldn’t see him anywhere to ask him for some, so went to get some myself as there was a massive roll of tissue, he appeared and shouted at me saying “you are not allowed in here”I got scared and said sorry, he then said “ well go on then”, to rip the tissue, I didn’t do it quick enough, so he ripped it for me in a passive aggressive manner and muttered something under his breath. I am a frequent traveller, and I have never met a employee that is so so rude. I am writing this review in hope management will speak to him. I don’t know his name, but he was working on Tuesday, the 24th of August at around 7-8pm.

Value for money. Three stars hotel, with four stars service. Very close to the old town and the market. Nive view 360o. Clean and big double rooms. Shower - bathroom, clean and convenient. Quiet and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The only "bad" thing was that it can't serve more than 24 clients at the same time in breakfast. There was a group of Japanese those days, and it was hard to find a seat.....

Hotel in the center of Rijeka. All within walking distance but with a paid parking space in the hotel car park. If you are not lucky to find parking outside the hotel on the street it is a problem. We were lucky to find street parking right in front of the Hotel and then walked around Fiume. Very old city and not as beautiful as Zadar or Split. From the outside the hotel is very nice but old. It would need to be renovated especially in the rooms. Thankfully, everything is clean and functional. Our room then had a view of the whole city and a sea view on the eleventh floor ... Real show but the room, like the rest of the hotel, dates back to the 70s or maybe less. IT'S TIME TO REFURBISH EVERYTHING ... it's worth it for the location in which it is. A plus point is the excellent and plentiful breakfast in an obviously renovated room with chairs with white ghosts and every good thing from sweet to savoury. Given the room, we honestly did not expect such a beautiful and well-stocked breakfast room. Homemade Nutella and yoghurt as desserts and then many hot savory dishes... Truly exceptional. Only for this reason I add one more point ... For the rest it is all to be restored because in a Hotel what makes the difference is not the breakfast but the rooms ... Moreover, in the double bed there are two single beds attached together with a border in the middle of the single wooden beds and this prevents the couple from sleeping embracing for example. Not to mention that we had left the window open and when we returned in the evening we found it closed. So they had entered the room and these things are not good!!!

We just needed an overnight before boarding our boat the next day. we ordered a lately renewed room for allergic customers . (no carpets, very clean) we got a nice room in the 10th floor, with a lovely view over the city. (not to the side of the railway) we were lucky to get a free parkinglot infront of the hotel. as we were so tired from a long trip, we slept like a rock. we didn‘t hear any neighbours coming home nor cars driving along. (but to be honest, the room is ring-proof)

Hotel from another age which should not even receive tourists as the security is uncertain (elevator which does as it pleases, rusty terrace railings, exposed electrical wires in the bathroom, door to the terrace which does not close...)

Slightly dated hotel, with some "ailments" in the furnishings (carpet, bathroom fixtures) and in the access to the rooms (lifts from trembling). Even more since it is a room on the twelfth floor. On the other hand, good cleaning, decent breakfast and proximity to the historic center. And then a remarkable view of the Kvarner gulf. Adequate price

Structure & rooms characterized by the essentials, the latter in particular devoid of any comfort. Objectively, a hotel that doesn't make you want to return, it's fine if you're passing through and for one night also because the prices aren't cheap, on the contrary.

Not a good experience, room apparently well cleaned but the bathroom smelled bad and even the linen was not "freshly laundered". Little courtesy, I slept one night but there was no cosmetic set (cap, soap, etc.) only two dispensers, one next to the sink and one in the shower. Excused bidet absent. Heated room but visible and noisy hot water pipes, very cold windows, the curtains in the room moved with the wind (!!!). Double bed made up of 2 single beds, with single blankets. Continental breakfast diversified but nothing outstanding. On the other hand: the staff at the reception were friendly. Car parked fortunately in their garage, the hotel is located very close to the center and at certain times the traffic in those areas is very intense.
