Hotel Diamond

Siamo una squadra di calcio, abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Diamond per un torneo a Riccione. Eravamo in circa 40 persone tra ragazzi e adulti. Esperienza pessima: Hotel sporco, camere piccole , senza nessun tipo di confort. Aria condizionata a pagamento. Personale poco accogliente. Problemi con bagno. Il pacchetto comprendeva pensione completa. Il Ristorante però era fuori dall hotel a circa 50m. Avevamo solo 45 minuti per consumare il pasto che consisteva SEMPRE in primo piatto con pasta di pessima qualità e scotta con passata cruda. Secondo con carne/ cordone bleu che sembrava cibo per cani. Contorno con patate surgelate crude e fredde. Il pane era razionato. I pasti venivano serviti con tutta fretta per liberare la sala in breve tempo. Il peggior hotel mai esistito. Il cuoco tutto un programma. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Hotel come da aspettative, buon prezzo e abbondante colazione. Peccato però che siano caduti sulla colazione senza glutine.... che non c'era nonostante mi avessero detto che ci sarebbe stata. Per fortuna ci portiamo sempre qualcosa dietro e abbiamo rimediato, ma trovo sgradevole il fatto che la cosa sia stata trattata superficialmente.

Mai visto posto peggio! Di positivo nonché niente solo la posizione , x il resto , personale inesistente , stanza sporca da schifo , lenzuola sporche, bagno impraticabile, piscina lasciamo perdere...non so come fanno ad avere 3 stelle, sono stata su pensioni da una stella favolose! Ho passato una notte su 4 e sono scappata!uno schifo!

Very friendly and kind, clean and large rooms, hotel located a few meters from the sea and a few minutes by car from the historic center of the city, there is a small swimming pool suitable for children but also for adults

On the main street. Standard room (208) with a large terrace overlooking the sea, air conditioning and WiFi included. The only flaw is the bathroom too small that the toilet is in the shower cubicle. The pool was already disused from 1st September so my children couldn't swim. The area was dirty and full of leaves. The breakfast was not bad, it was well assorted. Rated 3/5

! Nice but not qualified staff. Small rooms and not very clean bathroom. Breakfast: undrinkable machine coffee! But the top of the top is the bidet in the shower! Positive note: air conditioner in the room but only one socket.

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the sea and along the main promenade .... this is the only positive note! Everything is poorly maintained, old and run down and the cleaning leaves much to be desired ... In the corridor leading to the rooms there is a nauseating smell. The pool is unusable, practically in a state of disrepair with dirt and dry leaves in every part and dirty water so much that you can't see the bottom. Bad breakfast. Luckily we only stayed one night!

Think 100 times before going here. Our belongings were stolen from the hotel. The hotel is not equipped with video surveillance cameras. And apparently months We arrived at the hotel at night, the check-in was in the morning. We left the suitcases at the reception, and took backpacks with some things with us. We went to dinner in a cafe, walked along the beach, and returned to the hotel at night, we thought we would wait a few hours on the sofas on the street. But fatigue took its toll and we fell asleep in armchairs. I woke up from the cry of my wife's sister. The Moroccans brazenly pulled out a backpack from under her head and began to run away. She ran to catch up with them, but could not. The representative of the hotel after this situation came out and began to wonder what happened. We explained to him that our backpacks were stolen on the territory of his hotel. He didn’t offer any help, it feels like the hotel administration doesn’t care about the problems of the guests at all. We insisted that the hotel management call the police. To which they were very surprised and asked if it was necessary to call the police? Territory: There are trees on the territory of the hotel, from which leaves fall directly on the sunbeds and into the pool. In the morning all the beds and the pool are in the foliage. After some time, the leaves are still removed. The hotel area is small. Beach: The hotel does not have its own beach. In 5 minutes from the hotel there are many beaches, choose which one you want. Price per day for 2 loungers zones -20 euros. It is more profitable to take immediately for 5 days, it comes out 15 euros per day. The beaches are clean, constantly cleaned. On the beaches there are refrigerators, you can put fruit and water. The beaches are not crowded. Staff: The staff is smiling, friendly, ready to help in any matters. They printed plane tickets for us, made copies of our passports. If it were not for the theft of our belongings, then we could say that the staff is responsive. Meals: Breakfast is poor. (Coffee and croissants are very tasty). We did not take lunch or dinner. The restaurant, simple, looks like a Soviet canteen. Children's entertainment: There is a slide in the pool. I would never return to this hotel and I do not advise you to go.
