Well renovated hotel by the sea. It is better to take the rooms on the sea side. Very decent breakfast for the price. To recommend.

The staff is super good in all aspects, we were in room 605, the room is new because they are undergoing renovations and we liked it, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable.
Highly recommended...we will be back

We bezochten dit hotel als onderdeel van een rondreis. De touroperator had blijkbaar een kleine kamer met een heel klein bed voor ons geboekt. Na wat heen en weer praten bij de receptie konden we upgraden naar een iets grotere kamer die prima voor ons was. Pro - kamer (608) met balkon met uitzicht op zee - prima douche - airco werkt goed - bedden prima maar aan harde kant - ontbijt ok Con - de lokatie: stereotype Spaanse badplaats met veel hoogbouw. - geen gym, geen zwembad, maar wel 4 sterren die ik dus niet kan plaatsen - voor de safe moet betaald worden - wifi was bij ons op de kamer zo slecht dat het niet werkbaar was - 1 kleine lift waar 2-3 mensen in kunnen is best lastig voor zo’n groot hotel.

In quella zona non c’è molta scelta e questo hotel e’ una discreta soluzione. Volevo qualcosa che fosse fronte mare e il posizionamento accontenta la richiesta. L’hotel e’ datato ma nel periodo in cui siamo stati erano evidenti lavori di ristrutturazione (operai presenti), quindi e’ evidente tutta la buona volontà a rinnovarlo. Stanza piccola ma dotata di tutto, la nostra (richiesta fronte mare con un surplus aggiuntivo nel pagamento) aveva anche un piccolo balconcino. Da migliorare il servizio pulizia (in una delle tre giornate in cui non siamo stati non sono passati ed e’ stato necessario richiedere almeno il cambio asciugamani). Colazione discreta, presente un po’ di tutto, senza novità giornaliere. Possibilità di parcheggio ma i posti auto sono pochi e non sempre disponibili (anche se e’ possibile parcheggiare nelle strade limitrofe). L’ho trovato un po’ caro rispetto a ciò che offre e come lo offre.

La estancia muy aceptable, no dio tiempo a comprobar más servicios, fue una noche. Lo único que no entiendo es que me equivoqué de fecha al reservar, quise cambiar y otra habitación incluso que no tenía vistas al mar tuve que pagar 15€ más, si la quería y si no a pagar otra, me parece lamentable esta política de ********** por un error que quise resolver a los dos minutos, claro que tengo que volver a Rincón de Victoria, pero no será a este Hotel, me he sentido estafado.

El hotel en sí me causó una muy grata impresión. Lo recomiendo. Está en primera línea de playa, se está actualizando y mi habitación estaba muy bien, con las instalaciones nuevas (por opiniones anteriores parece que queda alguna habitación sin renovar). Tiene zona para aparcar propia, aunque su capacidad es limitada. Pero parece que no hay problema para dejar el coche cerca. El desayuno bufet un poco justo, pero en un comedor muy agradable con vistas al mar. Pero me hicieron una faena. Y esa es la razón de mi baja puntuación. Me llamaron por la mañana para cambiarme a otro hotel, al Añoreta Resort, con la vaga excusa de que no tendrían la habitación preparada cuando llegara. No conocía la zona y como voy por trabajo, me daba un poco igual, pero siempre que más o menos tuviera las mismas características, y además me ofrecieron cena gratuita si bajaba al Fay. Pero cuando llegué, no había ni recepción. Es un campo de golf que al parecer tiene habitaciones. Y muy alejado, sin posibilidad de acercarme andando al pueblo y pegado a la autovía. Me negué a quedarme y por suerte me pudieron realojar en el Fay, pero perdí un buen tiempo de descanso. Creo que es una situación impropia de un buen hotel, más cuando incluso ya me habían cobrado la habitación. Nunca había vivido una situación similar y sin duda no me volverá a pasar, ya que de primeras ya me negaría, sin duda.
