falta de mantenimiento del hotel. muebles ajados, aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. me cambiaron de habitación y la ducha filtraba agua, las toallas que me tocaron en la 2da habitación viejas. Hay que resaltar el desayuno, fantástico.

Muy amables en la Recepción, siempre una sonrisa, Antonella y todos…, los muchachos de seguridad atentos, el Spa 👍, la pileta externa, y Desayuno muy completo, súper atententos, también con una sonrisa, re buena pastelería 🍪🧁 y jugos y tes , frutas frescas👍todos los días cosas diferentes🙂…Muy bueno Sipan(el restaurante), cómodo el baño 🚽 de la habitación con ducha.., y bañera con jacuzzi, Buenas camas, buenas almohadas 👍 siempre da gusto ir al Wyndham Nordelta 👍

Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas deja mucho que desear. La habitación con detalles por falta de mantenimiento y la TV extremadamente pequeña. Las empleadas todos los días olvidaban dejarnos algo en la habitación, o las toallas o la alfombra, etc. Lo peor es que en plena temporada de verano tenían la pileta principal en reparación, por lo que habían habilitado para todos la piscina del spa. Esta consta de dos partes una interior, que no estaba climatizada!!! y una exterior muy abandonada, con bichos y hojas. Una pena, deberían mejorar esos detalles ya que es un lindísimo hotel. El desayuno estaba muy bien y muy completo.

Estuve en el hotel cuatro fines de semana de enero y tres de febrero. Este es cuarto año que voy a hospedarme en las mismas fechas. Me han atendido en forma excepcional. Me han brindado un excelente servicio. Gracias Adela Lagos de limpieza por esforzarte en buscar y encontrar los lentes que perdí. Además quiero destacar la excelente atención de Juan el gerente operativo y de Florencia y Humberto de recepción. A Soledad y Noelia del restaurante Sipan. Me han hecho sentir como en mi casa. Recomiendo que vayan al hotel porque la van a pasar bárbaro. Lo único que tengo para decir son palabras de agradecimiento. Por supuesto que voy a volver.

The hotel itself and surrounding area was fine. Great on-site restaurant and the breakfast buffet was good. But I didn’t realize how far from Buenos Aires it actually was, so it wasn’t convenient for sight-seeing.
