Cabin & Sauna on Lake Monomonac Near Mt. Monadnock

Awesome few days away great place and surroundings. Jim is always there for you .

I stayed here with my daughter and her two sons, ages 1/1/2 and 4 1/2. We had a terrific time; enjoyed the lake, the boats, the fire pit and the peaceful and beautiful environment. Jim was close by and helpful. I did think it odd that we had to purchase our own firewood as there were several piles of wood in the yard.

This is a great property, and Jim is a wonderful host. He accommodated all our requests for sauna use and provided helpful tips about the area. We hope to return again one day!

Amazing! What a beautiful property! The stay was perfect. The owner is very attentive and amazing with anything you may need. I will be trying to head back for a longer stay this summer!

Beautiful home and location on lake Jim was really accommodating, communicative, and easy to work with as a host.The home itself is beautiful...airy, clean, lots of light. And the location on the lake is amazing with a great view and beachfront. I would absolutely stay there again.

A real gem of a place, a little nature sanctuary, located at the inlet to a pond… the adjoining homes are owned by the same owner and are quite close, so there is not a lot of privacy outside the house, but he was a wonderful host.

A magical getaway! It was my second time staying at the Finnish House and I am already planning another trip. Jim is a fantastic host and the property is immaculate!

Great Winter Stay My friends and I stayed a night while we went ice fishing out on the lake. The house was great, right on the lake, and James the host was awesome. Loved his vibe and the house had everything we needed. We ran out of time for the sauna but that's first on my list for next time.
