Good, clean rooms, conveniently located to the conference hall at the manor . Nothing to fault really.

The rooms a looking tired, but are clean.
Staff attendance was poor, we waited at reception to be checked in and there was only one member of staff serving at the bar in the evening and then they disappeared each time a beer needed replacing or to replace empty wine bottles.

The stay al over was positive from the bar staff hettie think her name was to to the breakfast , all staff was outstanding . Rooms were clean and again staff were amazing could not do enough for you . Loved my stay

Very basic and old very hard and uncomfortable bed and pillows definitely not sound proofed rooms food very poor and just reheated bathroom very old bright light comes through from under the door heater doesn’t work so was very cold wouldn’t stay in a holiday inn again very poor
