Boa Tarde, um bom hotel bem localizado, atendentes cordiais e educados, limpeza impecável, wi fi razoável, café da manhã é bom se for logo cedo, no último dia, deixei para mais tarde, não há reposição de alimentos, fiquei com sobras de pão, cestinhos vazios, a camareira está sobrecarregada de serviço, cheguei na quinta-feira, no sábado deixei cartão para limpeza, a camareira, muito educada, pediu desculpas, pois não podia me atender, estava atarefada com uma demanda de novos hóspedes que iriam cchegar o hotel Nobile deveria contratar mais camareiras, não colocar uma senhora para limpar o hotel todo.
Este feedback queria registrar.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, boas acomodações, confortáveis e limpas, o café da manhã e muito bom e diversificado, só que ao meu ver o hotel tem um grande problema, vc morre ligando para a cozinha e eles demoram uma infinidade para lhe atender, o hotel também tem uma política de recebimento dos valores de refeições de hotel de pequeno porte, se vc pedir uma refeição ou qualquer item da cozinha até determinado horário vc precisa realizar logo o pagamento, e se esse mesmo pedido for realizado após esse horário vc pode pagar na a saída, isso gera desconforto ao cliente, o hotel poderia fazer como tantos outros o fazem, que para garantirem não levar calote bloqueiam determinado valor de fiança no cartão do cliente que é devidamente ajustado na prestação de contas, viajo semanalmente em várias regiões do país e da América do Sul e nunca tinha visto isso antes, penso que essa política deva ser revista.

Atendimento muito bom, café da manhã maravilhoso, recepção com uma fragrância muito agradável, o quarto bem limpo e arrumado, o enxoval muito macio e a cama super confortável. Eles oferecem um serviço de chá boa noite perfeito, é um diferencial. Localização na avenida principal, próximo do centro, restaurante do próprio hotel delicioso e acessível. O melhor hotel que eu já me hospedei. Recomendo sem dúvidas
