Local agradável. Recepção amável e prestativa. O primeiro quarto que me foi dado estava com uma luz piscante no teto quase como uma boate. Quando liguei o ar-condicionado, o barulho era tão intenso que pedi para mudar de quarto o mesmo momento. O que foi providenciado prontamente. Me deram até um quarto com cama maior e bem confortável. Ponto para o hotel. Quando voltei ao hotel após meu compromisso no fim da noite, fui usar o sanitário quando descubro que não havia descarga. Liguei para a recepção que prontamente enviou uma pessoa para resolver o problema. Problema resolvido. Café da manhã simples demais. Frutas estavam feias, pães também. Pão de queijo sal ou a refeição.

Teve 2 pontos negativos
O primeiro o fato de eu ter pago um quarto casal com cama apropriada e ter ficado em duas camas de solteiro juntadas com lençol em cima.
Desconfortável essa experiência.
E o segundo ponto negativo o wi-fi
Ficamos em um quarto no segundo andar
O último quarto do corredor e o wi-fi não funcionava muito bem.

Em RIO CLARO sempre uso este hotel, porem desta vez sofremos discriminação por etarismo quando fomos jantar.
Fizemos o pedido e varias pessoas que entraram no restaurante depois foram prioritariamente atendidas. Nós, um casal idoso esperamos por uma hora meia por um prato simples (PF) oferecido no cardápio do restaurante.
Apos esta espera, desistimos e saímos para comer um MCDonald's ao lado do hotel
