It is a good hotel if you want to save, sleep comfortably and be near the City Center cultural scene.

The Ibis Budget does not have a hairdryer or minibar. However, to spend a night he does. I don't recommend walking around at night.

Perfect service from reception to cleaning, everything was impeccable. The receptionist served us very well, extremely polite and attentive, we also had help from a girl responsible for cleaning the rooms, she was wonderful and served us very well. Perfect cleaning and organization of rooms. Great facilities. I will continue to use your hotels.

Room for wheelchair users, very strange. The only good impression was from the receptionist .

When I arrived I asked the attendant to put me on the fifth floor, so I could have easy access to the place to iron my clothes. But he put me in an accessible room for wheelchair users. And that wasn't good, because the bathroom wets the entire floor when taking a shower, leaving water everywhere. In other words, it is very specific for those who really need it, in my case the experience was not good, the bathroom was full of water all over the floor. And the cleaning wasn't as good as the first time I went. There was crumpled paper on the floor, in the corner of the sugarcane, I saw it the other day, in the morning. I was very disappointed this time. 😓

Very basic and limited, but it does its job. Could be cheaper.

It takes a long time (almost 1h) to check in; Bathroom with clogged sink.

I liked the installation, practical and safe for those who need less extra services, as everything is much more expensive. Overall I felt welcomed within what I needed, but being with family or more people it wouldn't be so good. Thank you IBIS group.
