We enjoyed the pool/bar/outdoor restaurant both during the day and at night with the live entertainment. It goes without saying that the wonderful personnel pushed our experience from good to great. The sea view rooms are a must for a priceless and breathtaking view of Copacabana! From the doormen (Tuca, Alfredo, Gustavo, Wesley, Italo, Farias, Silvio), to the housekeeping (Miriam), the concierge, the Spirit Copa bar team (Giovanna and Cassia), and Anderson from Tropik - they made our experience wonderful.

Instalações excelentes, boa localização e serviço muito eficiente. o hotel possui uma serie de atrações, como ótima piscina, bar muito bem localizado e com boas opções, comida de excelente qualidade. O serviço de segurança é eficiente, dentro e fora do hotel.

Gold lounge staffs were great and professional , other than that the hotel has nothing to do with luxury nor the Fairmont brand. They are still using old Sofitel’s towels n duvet in some rooms . It’s worn out n dirty!!! And please be aware that they dun care about your Accor status at all. Apparently their system is not linked to Accor system.

Hotel maravilhoso, e atento nos detalhes. Vim comer o café da tarde e a refeição estava ótimo. O atendimento e o serviço são divinos. Pierre e Silas formam uma dupla e tanto. Já me hospedei e com certeza voltarei. Recomendo a todos passar sua estadia ou vir aproveitar as experiência culinárias.
