The room layout is very warm, clean and tidy. Except for the air conditioner which makes a little loud noise, everything else is very good. I especially like the swimming pool, where I can lie down and relax in the afternoon, and drink some special cocktails in the evening, French romance, rich and unique!

Nice and clean hotel. Wish there was a little more to do. Besides restaurant are good and enjoyable. Most of the staff is nice and friendly. Leo at check in was amazing and went above and beyond for our kids and gave us a very sweet welcome to the hotel and Brazil!

Le Copacabana Palace est un lieu hors du temps qui permet de comprendre le bel aspect de Rio et du Brésil en général. Le personnel est d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une véritable gentillesse. Tout y est parfait : confort, propreté, bar et restaurants, et surtout l’anticipation de la moindre de vos envie. Merci infiniment à toutes les équipes qui ont fait de mon voyage un souvenir éternel. Ganhei um cartão presente da Belmond e escolhi o spa do hotel para celebrar o aniversário. fui procurando relaxamento para meu dia e encontrei muito mais que isso: uma experiência de cuidado que superou todas as minhas expectativas, fui recebido com sorrisos e me senti acolhido pela equipe do spa, que foi incrivelmente profissional e atenciosa, garantindo que cada detalhe da minha visita fosse perfeita. No final ainda tomei um drink no bar da piscina que estava impecável. Parabens a toda equipe SPA, especialmente para Rafaelle e Karol que tornaram essa essa experiência ainda mais especial.
