terrible cleanliness, cockroaches in the room, boring breakfast (there is not even a toaster), the staff at the reception seem to be trying to help, well, they do not fulfill any request. I do not recommend it to families for a long time. Spending one night alone is fine.

Terrible of course. Dirt and cockroaches in the room, TV and Wi-Fi do not work. Lack of soap and towels in the room. You have to ask the reception staff for help several times, because they forget the first time and don’t do it, although they pretend to write it down. The location is only good and the breakfast (which I would like to improve by adding fruit, for example, or cereal)

Excellent location to those who seek easyness in transportation around historical Center area of Rio de Janeiro Brasil. This hotel is basic however safe clean kindly attentif représentatives . Basic hotel in the centre of Rio with breakfast included. It probably has the best value for money. Wifi was available at reception, not in room.

One of the worst stays I've ever had. I couldn't stand to stay one night; I had booked 4 nights. On top of that, they refused to refund my money. The room had no power outlets, the air conditioning was noisy, and the breakfast was extremely simple. In short, terrible!

This is truly a very dated hotel (in my jargon, we call it a real DUMMY). The entire building seems to have been cleaned with water, but everything feels greasy. The rooms always smell bad. The internet doesn't work well, especially in the rooms. It's best to skip breakfast if you care about your health. Never again!

To be honest, the hotel is very old, but this price is in the city center, and there is breakfast, which is good value for money! But the problem is that the hotel facilities are much older than I imagined. The air conditioner has no cooling effect at all, but it gets hotter if you don't turn it on, and the noise is huge. I have also encountered this kind of air conditioner in the Philippines, but they don't make such a loud noise! I can't rest at all! I also booked two nights and couldn't refund. I found Ctrip, and they even blamed me for not finding them when I checked in? How do you solve it? Haha! Secondly, there is no signal in the hotel rooms. My own network is very poor, and their Wi-Fi has no signal. However, the wireless and normal network signals in the hotel lobby are very good, which is very troublesome! Finally, the shower head is not easy to use, and a plastic part keeps falling off. The TV is full of snow and there are no two channels to watch. It feels like I have returned to the 1960s and 1970s! Anyway, it's bad. There are a lot of homeless people at the door. I advise you to leave!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Location in a dangerous area, facilities falling apart, rude staff, dirt everywhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Terrible, no water in the bathroom, shower doesn't work, room smells of cigarettes, air conditioning doesn't work. In other words, nothing works.

The website's advertising is very poor, with poor cleaning, and the lights and TV not working. The receptionists are apathetic and not very friendly. There's a lot of room for improvement.
