Really good quality hotel. The only downside was the sauna didn't work. Good location/Great service and cheap!

A estadia foi maravilhosa, porém, tivemos uns problemas na hora do Checkout referente ao estorno do pagamento do consumo no quarto. Pelo que nos foi dito pela recepcionista, precisava deixar o valor de R$100 caso houvesse algum consumo no quarto, ser debitado no final da estadia. Contudo, na hora do Checkout o estorno não foi realizado naquele momento pois disseram que o cartão não era o mesmo do check in (mas era) e ao confirmar o consumo do quarto, foi dito que havíamos consumido um refri em lata que nem se quer tinha disponível no frigobar. Não nos foi cobrado nada sobre esse refri, porém precisamos assinar um "termo" de que não consumimos. Tirando esse contratempo, no mais, a estadia foi ótima!

Hotel com ótima localização no centro do RJ, instalações impecáveis e funcionários extremamente solícitos. Apesar do check in somente às 15 h, o hotel dispõe de guarda bagagem sem custo, inclusive após o check out. Por tudo isso, eu pretendo voltar a me hospedar nesse hotel em breve e faço aqui a minha recomendação àqueles que ainda não o conhecem.

Gewoon een goed hotel zeker voor de prijs. Redelijk veilige buurt in het Centrum van de stad. Wel heel veel zwervers die je niet aanspreken. Een heerlijke pizzeria direct aan de overkant van het hotel.
