O hotel atlântico rio esta decadente, já me hospedei nele por 4 vezes desde 2017, mas essa ultima hospedagem em 03/2024 foi lamentável a queda nos serviços, na qualidade do café da manhã e uma coisa que me deixou muito decepcionado, é o fato de se você chegar antes do horário do check-in que é as 14h e precisar guardar as malas para sair eles te cobram R$ 30,00 É um absurdo isso, pois eu já tinha a hospedagem paga, questionei que a minha estadia já era garantida e já estava paga pela plataforma Trip, eu não iria usar os serviços do hotel sem me hospedar, é a primeira vez que vejo isso em um hotel! Enfim, não sabem cativar o hospede, querem só sugar *********mente, é um hotel que já foi bom, mas hoje está se ruinando, não recomendo! Tem hotéis melhores ao redor e com preço similar, me arrependi em ter hospedado nele, não sabia que tinha caído tanta a qualidade! A única coisa boa do hotel é a localização, só isso!

Malas instalaciones, la puerta de la habitacion costaba abrirla, y la llave no siempre funcionaba, habia que pasarla varias veces para que funcionara. El ascensor era terrible, solo 2 funcionando y cuando llegaban al piso estaban llenos (eran muy chicos, y cabian pocas personas) asi que habia que esperar el otro, se perdían minimo 20 minutos pidiendo el ascensor. El desayuno era regular nada como se ven en las fotografías.

Péssimo. Elevador sempre impossível, subi de escada varias vezes. Até ai tudo bem.
Não tinha toalha no quarto por 3 dias. Não é que não lavaram: NÃO TINHA!!!! Reclamei e continuou sem.
Arrumadeira abriu a porta do quarto comigo dentro, sem bater direito, 12h, no meio da estadia (faltavam varios dias), me pressionando pra liberar pra limpeza, que era somente até as 14 horas (DUAS HORAS DEPOIS). Falei que sairia em breve e pedi toalhas pq estava sem. Ela respondeu com má vontade que só colocaria toalha na hora da limpeza, hahahha.
Incrível o descaso... Boa localização, do lado do metrô, e café da manhã OK. Fora isso, muito ruim.
