The location is halfway up the mountain, and it's a bit roundabout by car. But the hotel environment and service are very good

The bed was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel does not have a gym. The location is very far from the beach and you have to go up the mountain.
Pros: The swimming pool is heated. It is OK for taking photos.

Heel lekkere signature dish en Thiago gaf uitzonderlijke service.blablablabla want ik moet. Van tripadvisor 200 tekens schrijven ter wijl ik ge woon de essentie van mijn ervaring wil plaatsen. Dit vormt het probleem van social media, zij dicteren wat moet. Voila. 223 tekens. Iedereen happy. 🤣

Tudo maravilhoso. Cardápio, atendimento nota 100000... Variedade no cardápio, os sucos são maravilhosos também, nem precisou de açúcar rs O Aroldo atendeu a gente de forma simpática e deu sugestões gostosas quando a gente não sabia o que pedir. Recomendo demais!

Great hotel in a charming location - everything was brilliant and the staff were all charming, but particular shout-outs to Andrew and, in particular, Joyce, who was fantastic. I rarely ever return to hotels, but I intend to come back to this one!

Com certeza esta nossa estadia foi uma experiência única de luxo e conforto. Começando pelo agendamento que foi acompanhado com toda atenção e cuidado com os detalhes pelo impecável Diego. Quando entramos no lobby elegante e acolhedor, foi possível sentir a atenção aos detalhes em cada aspecto dado pelos profissionais que nos recepcionaram Thalles e Letícia. O quarto espaçoso, bem decorado e preparado especificamente para nós desde já nos proporcionou um super acolhimento. O final de tarde no bar da piscina apreciando um diferente ponto de vista do centro do Rio nos demonstrou também verificar o quanto nossa cidade do Rio de Janeiro é rica e diferenciada. Ao anoitecer desfrutamos de um inequalável jantar no conceituado restaurante Térèze - neste local fomos super bem atendidos pelos senhores Thiago e Andrew (profissionais diga-se de passagem super solícitos, prestativos e atenciososos). Não bastasse todo acolhimento e carinho que estávamos recebendo finalizamos nossa estadia com momentos de relaxamento inesquecíveis nas mãos da habilidosas Tamara e Maria do Le SPA . The concierges provided incredibly helpful guidance, and the spa was amazing. The hotel features music throughout and offers the best amenities. Although tucked away in Santa Teresa, it's easily accessible to everything. I can't wait to return.
